Yugioh power of the chaos mods

Can anybody tell me were to download some mods ..... that has lot new cards Yugioh GX cards - if possible
PS . I can't run the file extractor so i can't make my own cards .

I have downloaded Boom's torrent from mininova.com about power of chaos mod and i have to say it ( sorry man) sucks .
I though you can change the effect of a card but you can't ... and that really sux !

I thought Booms mod was kinda cool, to say the truth its the best one of all the mods i've downloaded, and the new music is kickass.

however...the original is the best and always will be.

Yeah .... I agree also but modding posibilities suck ... you cant change effect or anything but nvm ... it is cool
