File extractor won't start

Argh no matter what I try it will not start !
when i double click it (I'm using xp SP 3 ) it says : application has generated and exeption that could not be handled .
Proces id = 0xd70 (3440), Thread id?0x980 (2432)

Click ok to terminate application
Click cancel to debug the application

Now if i click cancel it will not work ( no debuger has found ) ... I have installed the net framework 1,1 ....
If anyone knows somethin' .... i really dont know what to do
please help me

maybe is the SP3?

You should check your computer, might be a spywere or a virus

I have started this topic that someone help me not that artzi can gather some posts
I have just installed net framework 3,0 but it won't work it says no debugger so.... Do I need some debugger program or somethin' ?

You dont have to be so offensive...i just wrote what i thought

EDIT : I have got it i need framework 1,1 but i have already installed 3,0 and 1,0 SP3 .
I was google-in how can i remove them but it is to complicated to my poor brain
